refund & cancellation policy

However, due to the nature of our courses and training programs, we maintain a strict no-refund policy upon cancellation. Please review the following policy details carefully before enrolling:

1. No Refund Policy
   • Once payment for a course, program, or service has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • This policy applies to all courses, whether completed in full, partially completed, or not attended at all.
2. Course Cancellation by Participant
   • If a participant chooses to cancel their enrollment before the start or during the duration of a course, no refund or credit will be provided.
   • Cancellations initiated by the participant, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of any paid fees.
3. Course Rescheduling
   • While no refunds are given, participants may have the option to reschedule or defer their enrollment to a later date or alternative course, depending on availability.
   • Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing and are subject to approval by Brilliaant career solution.
4. Program Modification or Cancellation by Brilliaant career solution
   • In rare cases, if Brilliaant career solution cancels a course or program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to enroll in a future session of the same or a similar program.
   • Any alternate arrangements are at the discretion of Brilliaant career solution and subject to course availability.
5. Non-Transferable Enrollment
   • Enrollments are non-transferable, meaning a registered participant cannot transfer their spot or payment to another individual.
   • Each registration is uniquely linked to the participant who originally enrolled.
6. Absentee Policy
   • If a participant fails to attend the course after enrollment, no refund or rescheduling will be permitted. All missed sessions are the responsibility of the participant and cannot be recovered through any refund mechanism.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   • By enrolling in any Brilliaant career solution course or program, participants acknowledge and accept this refund and cancellation policy as a binding agreement.
